The details are worth confirming.
Public information is a helpful starting point, but every care situation is different. A direct conversation is the best way to confirm availability, eligibility, authorization, and coverage.
216-230-9380Who can receive care?
A&A supports people of different ages and needs, including those managing chronic conditions, recovering at home, living with disabilities, or needing help with daily routines.
Do you offer DODD waiver support?
Yes. A&A offers DODD and waiver services. Available services depend on eligibility, authorization, and the individual service plan.
Can you help with transportation?
Yes. A&A offers non-emergency transportation and DODD HPC Transportation support. Contact the team to discuss availability for a specific trip or service plan.
How do we get started?
Call, email, or send a care request. The team can help you understand the next step based on the kind of support you need.
What area does A&A serve?
A&A is based in North Olmsted and generally focuses on locations within an approximate 25-mile radius. Call to confirm the specific address, requested service, and current availability.
Does A&A work with Medicaid or managed-care plans?
A&A identifies Ohio Medicaid, waiver programs, MyCare, and several managed-care plans among the coverage pathways it can help families understand. Participation, authorization, eligibility, and coverage must be confirmed for the individual plan and service before care begins.
Does Medicare cover every kind of care at home?
No. Medicare's home health benefit has specific eligibility and provider requirements and generally does not cover personal or custodial care when that is the only care needed. Ask the payer and A&A to confirm the rules for your situation; the website does not promise Medicare participation or coverage.
Can a hospital, physician, county board, or case manager make a referral?
Yes. Referral sources can call the office to discuss the general service need, location, timing, and appropriate secure channel for referral information. Do not send protected health information through the public website form.
What should I include in a website care request?
Include your name, callback information, general location, and the type of help you are exploring. Leave out diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, and medical records.
How can I ask about working at A&A?
