Accessibility is an ongoing process. A reported barrier helps A&A identify where the website or communication workflow needs to improve.
Website accessibility goals
A&A aims to support common accessibility needs through clear headings, readable contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, labeled forms, keyboard-friendly controls, descriptive links, visible focus indicators, and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes.
Accessible communication
If you need information in another format, help completing a form, an auxiliary aid, language assistance, or a reasonable modification to communicate with the office, call 216-230-9380 and say what would help. Requests are considered in accordance with applicable law and the service involved.
Report a website barrier
Call or use the contact page if you cannot use a page, link, form field, image, map, or other feature. Helpful details include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier, and the device or assistive technology involved.
Call the office if the website is not a workable communication channel. Do not put diagnoses, records, insurance numbers, or other detailed health information in an online accessibility report. Call 911 for an emergency.
Standards and public guidance
A&A uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as practical guidance, while recognizing that no website works perfectly for every person, device, or assistive technology. Broader public guidance is available from ADA.gov.
Ongoing review
A&A may revise this page as the website, technology, or accessibility practices change. Feedback is welcome at info@aa-homehealth.com or 216-230-9380.
